At Cardiff Skateboard Club, we want you to be stoked with your setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused hardware and apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack your items in their original box; please ensure skateboard decks are not gripped and wheels have not been rolled on.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our Cardiff storefront.

Refund Processing

Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it is in mint condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
